Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Special Order items are non-refundable
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Request a Quote via e-mail: You can now request a quote online from our website for product cost, shipping/freight cost, bulk shipments, etc. Simply add the products you are inquiring about to the shopping cart. Continue to the checkout to enter your contact & shipping information (needed for proper freight quote cost*). Shipping And HandlingWe offer worldwide shipping through UPS. You will be given a choice of shipping method through UPS with instant pricing provided by UPS. All ground orders received by 2:30 PM EST will be shipped the same day. We offer UPS Ground, Next Day Air A.M., Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air A.M., 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and UPS Standard to Canada
Online orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 2:30 p.m. EST to be processed the same day. If UPS-Red (Overnight) is selected on an order received after 2:30 p.m. on Friday that order will be shipped Overnight for Monday delivery unless "Special Saturday Delivery" is specified by the customer via Phone Call Only. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. Special Saturday Delivery not Available for online orders. Online Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. No collect or 3rd party shipping currently available. Shipping addresses are final upon checkout and cannot be altered thereafter
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 5 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy All requests for return of goods must be made within 30 days of receipt of material. Material shall be sent back to Door Closer Service via customers responsibility. A 25% restocking charge will be applied for all merchandise/packaging returned and is not to be the fault of Door Closer Service Company. If any item is damaged or used in any way it cannot be returned under any circumstances. There are absolutely NO RETURNs on any Electrical Parts (ex: electric strikes, power supplies, mag locks), weatherstripping (any weatherstipping cut to length) , and clearance items. All material returned is subject to inspection before credit can be given. Merchandise returned should include a copy of packing slip or order.
