Only merchandise in resalable condition may be returned, subject to a 25% restocking charge, and no credits will be issued for return freight or shipping charges. All exchanged or returned products must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories. Please ship your package freight prepaid using a ground service \u201cinsured\u201d. We will not refund or accept packaging that has any type of labeling, magic marker or ink written on factory supplied containers.<\/p>

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of invoice date.<\/p>

Merchandise must be in original condition and original packaging and not installed.\u00a0Open packages will not be accepted for returns.<\/strong><\/p>

Special orders or custom merchandise is\u00a0not subject to return\u00a0unless factory error.<\/strong><\/p>

There are absolutely *NO RETURNs on any Electrical Parts* (ex: electric strikes, power supplies, mag locks), weatherstripping (any weatherstripping cut to length), clearance items<\/strong>\u00a0and open items.<\/strong>\u00a0Material returned after 30 days is subject to refusal, and\/or higher restock fees.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Cancelled\/Refused Orders<\/h2>

Cancelled orders, orders that have not shipped, will be subject to a 15% processing fee at our discretion depending on how far the order is in the fulfillment process. Orders that have been shipped may not be cancelled. Refused deliveries are subject to restocking fees, return shipping charges, and subject to the same guidelines as outlined in our return policy. Refused orders may not be covered by carrier\u2019s insurance – check with the carrier.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Manufacturer Conditional Warranty<\/h2>

Door Closer Service Co. will not credit a customer any monies for a warranty product.
