• Available (NHO) non-hold open or (AHO) automatic hold open at 90°
• Steel cement case
• Horizontal adjustment; adjusting screw on arm makes it possible to align door horizontally
• Vertical adjustment: Door may be raised or lowered, through the use of shims
• Adjustable closing speed (both swings)
• Specify W30/W40 model for wood doors
• To meet ANSI A117.1 requirements for physically handicapped access–prefix “PH”
• Sealed closer available–specify “SC”
• Available for floor plate or threshold application (Floor plate shown)
• Use care when specifying PH 30/40 since spring is so light, stack pressure may pull door off center
